  • Our ticketing system gives our customers a way to receive real-time updates on their issues through a very user friendly platform designed with schools and municipalities in mind.

  • We take security very seriously at Twin Lakes that's why we provide 24/7 infrastructure monitoring and incident response to ensure that you start your day without any surprises. This allows us to put mitigation strategies in place as quickly as possible. In addition, regular system backups and disaster recovery planning are performed.

  • Being compliant is a necessity for your school or town. Written Information Security Program (WISP) is a roadmap for an organization's IT security and is legally required by several states. Twin Lakes will create and ensure compliance with the details of WISP. A Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plan is embedded within the WISP.

  • When it comes to procurement it is our top priority to get you the correct product at the best price. At Twin Lakes, we do not resell hardware or software (except for remote access and desktop storage) ensuring that we are working on your side to help your budget stay on track. Twin Lakes has great relationships with vendors that specialize in all different technology categories and we will act as a liaison between the school district or town and third-party IT vendors to make sure you get what you need.

  • Accurate inventory management is critical to proper planning. To ensure all assets are accounted for an inventory will be maintained throughout the duration of the contract and will include new and decommissioned technologies.

  • Data backups as well as remote monitoring and management are necessary for the security and response of your infrastructure. This will help us monitor and manage your IT infrastructure remotely. Twin Lakes will cover this cost as we believe it is essential for your infrastructure.

  • Twin Lakes Technology will administer security awareness training to the client by utilizing the client's current security awareness software. If the client does not have a current software Twin Lakes can provide one at an additional cost. Training may include simulated phishing attacks, compliance training, and testing.

  • We believe there's always a message in the data, Twin Lakes Technology will provide clients with reporting of ticket metrics, security risk, mitigation and/or downtime, and any active project updates.

  • We are part of your team, and with this in-person support option, we will place single or multiple designated techs across your district or town to proactively and efficiently address day-to-day issues making sure there is minimum interruption to your day.

  • Your Assigned IT Director will work closely with the key stakeholders. The IT Director will ensure that all building requirements are upheld as they oversee the on-site technicians. This director will be present at your department head meetings as they guide long-term budget planning, technology direction, and plans on how to introduce new technology in the building.

  • A budgetary plan will be created and maintained for the duration of the contract. This will include all hardware and software descriptions, contract dates, and costs for each fiscal year over a 4 to 6-year period. A roadmap for upgrades will occur simultaneously with the development of this plan.

  • Documentation of Policy and Procedures will be reviewed and updated, or newly recommended for adoption. The digital workflow would be added to ensure the annual review and acceptance of policies by staff members.

  • An urgent support number will be shared with department heads and leaders for use when a work-hunting incident occurs.

Additional Services for Schools:

These grants are valuable resources that many organizations miss out on, Twin Lakes can ensure you get the most out of these opportunities and put those resources to use, improving your school's infrastructure or you're town's security.
